Organic finally met inorganic! Our manuscript entitled "An Aqueous Sodium Ion Hybrid Battery Incorporating Organic Compound and Prussian Blue Derivative" is just accepted for publication in Advanced Energy Materials! In this collaborative article with Prof. Jang Wook Choi, we have combined our previously described naphthalenedimide based organic electrode with a prussian blue derivative to fabricate an aqueous sodium ion hybrid battery. Congratulations!

Both electrode materials are rather cheap and exhibit appropriate operating voltages and robust reversibility in a neutral aqueous electrolyte condition, delivering a full-cell voltage of 1.1 V with 88% capacity retention after 100 cycles!
