Mechanical bonds have come to the rescue for the first time in lithium ion batteries!! Our latest publication entitled "Highly elastic binders integrating polyrotaxanes for silicon microparticle anodes in lithium ion batteries," is just accepted for publication in Science. Congratulations to Taewoo for this outstanding achievement!! and special thanks to our fantastic collaborator Prof. Jang Wook Choi!!!
